Project Description
The City of Saint Paul has entered into a purchase and sale agreement with the owner of 60 West Sycamore in the City to acquire an approximately 54,600 square foot facility located on approximately 3.75 acres of land for a facility for the City’s Public Works Department’s Recycling and Solid Waste Services.
Acquisition of the property is an integral part of the Mayoral priorities as presented in the 2024 State of Our City Address and the recommendations contained in the Garbage Advisory Committee Report.
The purpose of this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is to solicit qualified proposals to provide direct purchase financing for acquisition of the Facility. Distribution of this RFP does not obligate the City to contract for this service and the City reserves the right to cancel, delay or amend this solicitation.
